In the groove that unites the earth to the table
Farms in the Ligurian and Piedmontese area, gathered in the Vivande Agricultural Cooperative, promote and enhance their excellent products obtained with a sustainable, integrated, natural, innovative and traditional agriculture.
Baladin agricultural craft beer
Since 1996, Baladin has been synonymous with Italian craft beer. The first bottles were gradually joined by many other proposals, which have conquered an ever-increasing number of consumers. The craft beers then arrived on the tables of the great restaurants, as in the selection of the best pubs and shops. In these years there has never been a continuous and incessant research on raw materials, on the production method, to try to always offer the best.
Palli, master brewer of Baladin, describes the barley collection for beer produced, in collaboration with Coldiretti, in the experimental fields around Piozzo, in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont). Fingers crossed for a beer more and more miles away...

In the territory of the Langhe, in Treiso, there is the Cascina Alberta farm, which extends over 19 hectares of land, 7 of which are planted with vines, the remaining meadows, orchards and woods. It is a great project born from the passion of two brothers for viticulture and the world of wine.
To define the company as a "project" means to connote it as something more than a simple production company, from the beginning we have committed ourselves to recovering the old vineyards through a sustainable viticulture without the use of pesticides or weeding, the path started in 2010 he also engaged in the recovery of the old farmhouses in which the new cellars were obtained.
